The Molly Brown Foundation Scholarship Fund


offers a full tuition music scholarship to the University of South Florida to four talented Hillsborough County public school graduates majoring in music or music education.

  • Awards will be made to undergraduate students who are residents of Hillsborough County and graduates of Hillsborough County Public Schools.

  • Recipients are to be selected by the faculty in the School of Music and must meet all academic and talent requirements as established by the department.

  • Awards may be made to currently enrolled students or new students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Students (FAFSA.)

  • Students chosen for this award will be music majors and music education students, and by the nature of their curriculum will have practica and internship requirements that will afford them the opportunity to interact with public school students.
